CONVERSATION WITH GOD

God, hey how’s it going, just wanted to say “hi”
Feel so sad and lonely; feel like I want to cry
I know its wrong to feel that, but it is how I feel
I try to fight it off, but the feeling is so real

“My poor dear child, I know it can get tough
I always hear you yelling “Lord I’ve had enough”
Tell me all your problems; pass your weight to me
Don’t cry my dear child, you’ll be OK just wait and see”

OK well, work for example, it’s always on my mind
Put all my heart into it, but get treated so unkind
And what about the gossip, whispers behind my back
I can’t trust anybody; it’s like attack after attack

“Gossip & Unkindness is not something that’s new
Put all your trust in Me, and I will bring you through
Do good always, even though you get let down
When you feel that love is lost, know that mine is still around”

God it’s like I have no luck, something’s always wrong
I’ve been struggling with my health, struggling for so long
When I feel the pain is going, it returns again but worse
Please stop this suffering Lord, please cast away this curse

“Whenever you’re in pain, remember I was there first
I’ll be by your side forever, for better or for worse
Carry your cross proudly; know that I’m watching you
I’ll provide you comfort, I died to make all things new”

OK Lord I will, I’ll try not to give in
But each time I have a problem I always turn to sin
I fall into temptation, even though I know it’s wrong
Help me God Our Father, help me to be strong

“Child of mine listen, take refuge in Me
Use Me as your light, and in darkness you will see
In Me you can do all things, Mountains you can sway
And if you feel you can’t, turn to Me and pray”

I can’t believe how better I feel, I came to you with doubt
But now I walk away knowing what your love is all about
Already I feel stronger, any challenge I can beat
I feel your presence in me, from my head down to my feet

“That’s the Spirit child, the Truth will set you free
Shine your light so bright, so those who doubt will see
I will not let go of your hand, so you can soar so high
I will shield you from all danger so that evil pass you by”

OK thanks for listening Jesus, you have truly made my day
I’ll continue to do your will, no matter what they say
I know its going to be tough, but I know I will survive
Nobody can defeat me; in my heart you are alive

Lord,
Some days as I wake up I remember You
and praise and surrender my day to You.
Then, whatever may happen,
my whole day flows in serenity and inner peace and joy.

Some other days I forget You all day long.
Then, by the end of that day I feel so lonely,
miserable and angry with the world and myself.

Lord, if I remember or forget You, I know that You never forget me.
I live for Your mercy and Your love and hope that I will be as close to You,
as I know Your love wants me to be.

You Shall Not Want

The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. Psalm 23:1
To the lost sheep, He is the seeking Shepherd;
To the needy sheep, He is the providing Shepherd;
To the hurting sheep, He is the comforting Shepherd;
To the bruised sheep, He is the healing Shepherd;
To the anxious sheep, He is the peaceful Shepherd;
To the wandering sheep, He is the guiding Shepherd;
To the fearful sheep, He is the protecting Shepherd;
To the lame sheep, He is the carrying Shepherd;
To the discontented sheep, He is the fulfilling Shepherd;
To the parched sheep, He is the anointing Shepherd;
To the timid sheep, He is the reassuring Shepherd;
To the fallen sheep, He is the merciful Shepherd;
To the nervous sheep, He is the quieting Shepherd;
To the heavy laden sheep, He is the restful Shepherd;
To the lonely sheep, He is the ever-present Shepherd;
To the weary sheep, He is the restoring Shepherd;
To all His sheep, He is the Good Shepherd.

Dear God:

I want to thank you for what you have already done.

I am not going to wait until I see results or receive rewards, I am thanking you right now.

I am not going to wait until I feel better or things look better, I am thanking you right now.

I am not going to wait until people say they are sorry or until they stop talking about me, I am thanking you right now.

I am not going to wait until the pain in my body disappears, I am thanking you right now.

I am not going to wait until my financial situation improves, I am going to thank you right now.

I am not going to wait until the children are asleep and the house is quiet, I am going to thank you right now.

I am not going to wait until I get promoted at work or until I get a the job, I am going to thank you right now.

I am not going to wait until I understand every experience in my life that has caused me pain or grief, I am going thank you right now.

I am not going to wait until the journey gets easier or the challenges are removed. I am thanking you right now.

I am thanking you because I am alive. I am thanking you because I made it through the day’s difficulties. I am thanking you because I have walked around the obstacles.

I am thanking you because I have the ability and the opportunity to do more and do better. I am thanking you because you have not given up on me. I am thanking you because you have brought me from a mighty long way.

God is just so good, and he’s good all the time. Send this message to friends, and continue to THANK HIM . Amen

How can you forget that you’re blessed?
I’ve given you a heart to love with.
I’ve given you two lips to smile with.
I’ve given you two hands and everything you need to make your dreams come true.

Waiting On The Lord

When prayers aren’t answered, quickly or right away,
Just ask the Lord, to reveal to you, the reason for His delay.

If the answer for that request just seems to take too long,
Just lift up your hands and praise Him, with a glorious new song.

Just wait on the Lord, and try to be still,
‘Cause your request may not be in God’s will.

If that is the case, just praise Him again,
He won’t steer you wrong ’cause He’s your friend.

Maybe you’ll learn patience, a little trust too.
Or maybe your motives you’ll need to review.

Ask Him for an answer, the way He sees fit.
But don’t lose hope and don’t you quit.

The answer can be revealed in a miraculous way
So, be prepared to listen to what He has to say!

The answer will bring Him honor and glory,
And then you’ll be able to tell your story.

MEMO FROM GOD

“Effective, immediately, please be aware that there are changes you need to make in your life. These changes need to be completed in order that I may fulfill My promises to you to grant you peace, joy and happiness in this life.

QUIT WORRYING: Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

TRUST ME: Once you’ve given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and trials. Put them on My list.

LEAVE IT ALONE: Don’t wake up one morning and say, “Well, I’m feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here.” Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It’s simple. You gave Me your burdens and I’m taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in My peace. Don’t you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Just let me do my job.

TALK TO ME: I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I’m in control. But there is one thing I want you NEVER to forget. Please do not forget to talk to me, OFTEN!!! I LOVE YOU. I want to hear your voice.

SHARE: You were taught to share when you were only a child. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter wit those who haven’t heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

BE PATIENT: How can you be so impatient when it takes Me a little longer than you expected to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

BE KIND: Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my
college degree. The last class I had to take was Sociology. The
teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every
human being had
been graced with. Her last project of the term was called “Smile.” The
class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their
reactions. I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone
and say hello
anyway, so, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and
I went out to McDonald’s one crisp March morning. It was just our way
of sharing special play time with our son. We were standing in line,
waiting to
be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away,
and then even my husband did. I did not move an inch…an overwhelming
feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they
had moved.

As I turned around I smelled a horrible “dirty body” smell, and there
standing behind me were two poor homeless men. As I looked down at the
short gentleman, close to me, he was “smiling.” His beautiful sky blue
eyes were
full of God’s Light as he searched for acceptance. He said, “Good day”
as he counted the few coins he had been clutching. The second man
fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the
second man was mentally deficient and the blue eyed gentleman was his
salvation. I held my tears as I stood there with them.

The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted. He said,
“Coffee is all Miss” because that was all they could afford. (If they
wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy
something. He just wanted to be warm). Then I really felt it-the
compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little
man with the blue eyes.

That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me,
judging my every action. I smiled and asked the young lady behind the
counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray. I then
walked around the
corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put
the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue eyed gentleman’s
cold hand. He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said,
“Thank you.” I leaned
over, began to pat his hand and said, “I did not do this for you. God
is here working through me to give you hope.” I started to cry as I
walked away to join my husband and son.

When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, “That is why God
gave you to me, Honey. To give me hope.” We held hands for a moment
and at that time we knew that only because of the Grace that we had
been given were we able to give.

That day showed me the pure Light of God’s sweet love. I returned to
college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand. I
turned in “my project” and the instructor read it. Then she looked up
at me and said, “Can I share this?” I slowly nodded as she got the
attention of the class. She began to read and that is when I knew that
we as human beings and being part of God, share this need to heal
people and be healed. In my own way I
had touched the people at McDonald’s, my husband, son, instructor, and
every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a
college student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:
UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Much love and compassion is to each and every person who may read this
and learn how to LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS – NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE
PEOPLE.

HOW TO KNOW 100% FOR SURE YOU ARE GOING TO HEAVEN

In one minute, in the privacy of your home, it can be explained how
you can know for sure that you will receive the gift of Heaven.

“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the
Son of God; that you may know that ye have eternal life” 1 John 5:13

All you have to know are four things

1. God says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of
God.” Romans 3:23

2. God says, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and
death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned.” Romans 5:12

This is the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The price for
sin is death.

3. God says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

God loves you very much. He doesn’t want you to go to Hell. In fact,
He loves you so much that He sent His Son Jesus to this earth. This is
why Christmas is celebrated. Jesus actually lifted the sins from you
and placed them upon Himself. When Jesus was on the cross His blood
cleansed your win. He paid the price for your sin, which is death.
They buried Jesus and He arose from the dead. he conquered death and
He conquered sin. This is why Easter is celebrated.

He offers you life.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

Eternal life is a present. You can’t get baptized into Heaven; be good
to get into Heaven, pay money to get into Heaven; in fact, you can’t
do anything to get into Heaven, except to accept God’s gift and trust
Jesus as your only way into Heaven.

4. God says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only
begotten Son, that who so ever believeth in him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.” John 3:16

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Romans 10:13

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons
of God…” John 1:12

“… but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our
Lord.” Romans 6:23

HERE IS HOW YOU CALL UPON THE LORD

Dear Jesus,

Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart. I trust you
today, Jesus, to lead me through my life. I trust you today, Jesus, to
take me to Heaven. Thank you for your sacrifice for me. Amen

Just as you were physically born to your parents, you are spiritually
born into the Kingdom of God when you call on Jesus
