It must have been out of love, whereas God gives man free will. Total freedom to do what we want, when we want, and however we want; our choice to accept or not accept anything and everything is the gift that comes with being born free. We can spend our life living the straight and narrow or disregard all directives from any Divine Being. The decision is totally up to us.
So, we settle some scores that were lopsided; take care of problems that have been a pain in our back; pay attention to ourselves and what we need in lieu of our fellow mankind. We are just using our God given right…..free will.
Free will is where God says I want you but the choice is yours; do you want Me? He says this is My road it may be hard to travel at times but you will like the destination; will you comply? I’ll knock on the door to your heart but you alone have to answer.
If we decide we want to belong to God then those lopsided scores probably have to stay lopsided. Pain and problems sometimes go hand in hand and even with prayer remain at our side. Taking care of ourselves first and foremost doesn’t fit in so well with God’s plans. You know the acronym for JOY that is Jesus first, Others second, Yourself last.
Free will is definitely a gift from God and somewhere along the path in life we come to realize the actual intention of this majestic benefit. Thus, free will is where we pray, reflect, and decide.
We pray for strength and ask God to guide our hand in making the right decisions. We reflect where our choices are taking us in life. If we need to make some changes then change we must. We decide just what it is we want out of life. With God having a permanent spot in our thoughts and hearts we commit to Him.
We are born free, free to follow God; a God who loves and gives so much.
Decide for God.
To do this properly so make use of your God given right…..free will.
