I’m not the person I use to be.

Do you believe in change?  Do you believe in second chances?  Do you believe anything is possible?  Do you believe in forgiving and moving forward?  Do you believe in making a difference and taking a stand?  Do you believe in life?

Ah, if you answered yes then you believe in God!

God is all about change.  He changes things and people and mostly hearts set in stone.  Once we give Him our heart it takes on a new beat.  It becomes a solid rhythm with a polished tone.  The warmth of our beating heart creates compassion and gratitude.

And about that second chance, it really is multiplied by a thousand-fold from God.  He won’t give up on us.  He doesn’t set up a double elimination game for us to play.  Nope if it takes a thousand times a thousand times we still get that chance to make right what was wrong.

When we don’t think we will survive a setback or a turn of events it is God who shows us differently.  With God all things are possible!  When we feel we can’t be forgiven God is the one who comes forward with a cup of mercy urging us to get ahead of the past.

Keeping God next to us we can make a difference in our life and the lives around us.  Appreciative of our life we are honored and humbled daily by the knowledge of the magnificent power of God.

We have moved up a tad in life.  No longer does life produce a dead end.  It has become a circle.  Eternal life waits for us who believe in God.

I’m no longer the person I use to be.  God has taken a hold of me and stole my heart and soul for good.

I believe I’ve changed; I’m no longer yesterday’s gal.
